I love to eat apples, so when I came across this website, it just caught my attention.

This website provides information on apples. For example, they show you the different varities of apples.

The website also provides nutritional information on apples. Like eating apples will keep you healthy. It helps in colon cancer prevention and also it to lose weight!

The website also teaches how to slice/cut apples.

It also has a section just for kids. Kids can also go to this website to play some games, like mini quizes. There is also printable colour pages for children to colour on. Parents can just print it out for their children to keep them occupied.

Kindergarden teachers can use this website to teach the children about apples, and also to play some games like puzzles with them and print out colouring worksheets for them.

From this website, children can learn more about apples, and develop a healthy eating habit.

In addition, there is also a section for teachers.

I like the layout of this website and also the bright colours. It makes the website more attractive to look at.

Thus, I would recommend this website to parents with young children and teachers.

Here's an introduction to the second website.
I believe everyone are aware about this particular
special diet group of people : VEGETARIANS
[inclusive of lacto, semi and vegans] .

Unlike the previous website review I did,
this website is more of the serious tone and
it can be seen that their target audience is different
based on the design and the layout of the website.

Regardless of what,

Overall, I am for this site in terms of acquiring general knowledge. The information found in the site is reliable as it is provided and managed by a Governmant Organisation.

However, in terms of Food and Nutrition, this site would not be the best candidate as the information are pretty brief and somewhat lack of visual attraction- not a excellent teaching tool.

As I was saying, this site is managed by a profit-making company, thus the site may be subjected to some form of bias.

However, there is no need for negligence about the potato facts and nutritive values the site provides.

The site is easy to nagivate and access to.

It is an interesting site to explore considering the fact that a big part of the world consume potatoes as their staple food.

However, I would not recommend it to students or teachers as the site's main purpose does not serve to inform in nutrition aspects.

This is a good site if...

1. You want to know about different toppings that can act as accompaniment to potatoes
2. You want to know the nutritive value of potatoes
3. You are a potato fanatic
4. You want to order their potatoes
