Your brain just "AWAKES & POPS" by looking at Brain Pop..

I feel...
I feel...

it really POPS MY BRAIN!!!

This is one of the most interesting websites
a student can visit and will not feel bored during learning.

Subjects, such as Science, English, Maths and HEALTH,
are categorized with captivating images.

Under Health,
students or anyone can know more about body and nutrition.

As a holistic sensei,
of course I wish my students to browse through all the sections under Health.

Brain POP is an 'animated educational site for kids'.
It uses interesting Movies to explain how things work in certain way,
FYI (For Your Info) to provide more information,
Quiz to test how much you have learnt,
Experiment
to apply your knowledge and investigate,
Timeline to bring you to the past and present of the topic, &
Q & A (Question & Answer) to answer any doubts you have.

Do go and have a look. They have a lot of movies. You would want to continue
browsing around once you get into Brain POP.

Makes me realise that there are so many ways to deliver information to students!

Thus, it inspires me to think of more ways to plan my lessons that are more engaging
to the students.

BrainPOP educators

You can get into BrainPOP educator by clicking 'Resources For Teachers' on the main page.

Its purpose is the same as that of NIEShare, whereby a platform is given for educators to share their education materials and lesson plans.

It is easy to find the classroom tools from the Quick Links,

where Activity Pages - Teacher's Edition
[the place where activity pages (we call it worksheets) and answer keys are given]

and Interactive Whiteboard Resources can be found.
[where lessons can be made interesting by using their graphic organizers]

Another feature of this BrainPOP educator is the Featured Video Tutorial, where educators submit their own video tutorial on how to incorporate BrainPOP into their lessons. It reminds me of one module on ICT (Information Communication Technology) which shows how to fuse ICT into the lesson.
