WEBSITE REVIEW II [JANET'S]

Hi Peeps
Here's an introduction to the second website.
I believe everyone are aware about this particular
special diet group of people : VEGETARIANS
[inclusive of lacto, semi and vegans] .

A brief introduction of Vegetarianism with reference from
Wikipedia:
"Vegetarianism is the practice of a diet that excludes meat,
including game, slaughter by-products, and poultry.
The definitions of "vegetarian" vary, and there are several variants of the diet,
some of which also exclude eggs and/or some products produced from
animal labor such as diary products and honey."

In my opinion,
this website can be used for our teaching reference or
just for our food for thoughts.

This website mainly touch on topic how
vegetarians is able to obtain omega-3 fatty acids from
even though they cannot intake any fish.

Such factual website can be used as research purposes,
be it for us as a teacher or to
those doing coursework students .

Firstly, the credibility is there [THE VEGETARIAN SOCIETY]
Secondly, the information provided in this website is informative enough
and it is easy to understand.

Unlike the previous website review I did,
this website is more of the serious tone and
it can be seen that their target audience is different
based on the design and the layout of the website.

Regardless of what,
this website is an useful website to take note of.
In the near future,
if we happen to stumble onto the planning diet for vegetarians,
this website maybe able to facilitate us.
